What Is Moutai House Singapore?
Moutai House Singapore is a luxury multi-concept venue at The Fullerton Waterboat House. Occupying all three storeys of the historic 1919 building at the mouth of the Singapore River (formerly occupied by Starbucks), the space pairs an interactive Moutai gallery at ground level with fine Chinese dining and a rooftop cocktail bar above.
The space is designed for both longtime baijiu drinkers and people who’ve never tried Moutai before, with the three floors meant to be visited in any order.

Explore Over 300 Labels Of Moutai
The ground-floor Moutai Experiential Centre is the highlight of the space. This multisensory walkthrough uses sight, scent, touch, and taste to explore Moutai’s rich history, production process, and distinctive sauce-aroma style.
More than 300 Moutai labels will be on display here, ranging from entry-level bottles to rarities valued at up to S$1 million, making it the largest collection in the region.
Singapore also gets its own exclusive release: the Kweichow Moutai Discovery Collection – Singapore.
The bottle pairs the brand’s signature Feitian red, its iconic flagship label, with Nanyang-style Southeast Asian design elements and a nod to Singapore’s national orchid, the Vanda Miss Joaquim.
Discover A Birth-Year Moutai Collection Dating Back To 1965
One of the more personal touches is Southeast Asia’s first dedicated birth-year Moutai collection, with annual vintages going back to 1965, the year Singapore became independent.
Guests can look for a bottle tied to their birth year, anniversary or other milestone and turn it into a keepsake or gift, which is a nice touch.
Dine At Imperial Treasure Moutai House
The second floor is a Chinese restaurant run by Imperial Treasure, the Singapore-founded group with 8 MICHELIN Stars across its restaurants in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Singapore, Hong Kong and Paris.
At Moutai House, the kitchen is focused on Guizhou and Huaiyang cuisine, pairing Guizhou’s spicier, more fermented flavours with the gentler, more refined techniques associated with Huaiyang cooking.
The kitchen incorporates Moutai straight into the cooking itself, through technique-heavy preparations like braising and ‘drunken’ marinades.

SOHAUS: Rooftop Bar In Fullerton Bay
At the top of the building is SOHAUS, a rooftop bar developed with Nutmeg Collective, the group behind Nutmeg & Clove, which ranked No. 12 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2026 and No. 50 on The World’s 50 Best Bars 2025.
The name is a mashup of “Social” and “Haus”, functioning as a rooftop ‘’living room’’ over the Singapore skyline and waterfront.
The drinks list has 16 cocktails in total: 8 original creations built around Moutai, and 8 classic cocktails reworked with Moutai-inspired flavours. It’s meant to be approachable for people who’ve never had baijiu, while highlighting its signature robust flavour.
More than just a retail space, Moutai House Singapore positions baijiu as a modern lifestyle choice beyond Chinese New Year banquets. Spread over three storeys at The Fullerton Waterboat House, it offers flexibility by design, letting guests drop in for a cocktail at SOHAUS, sit down for dinner, or explore all three floors at their own pace.
