IPPUDO is welcoming spring with a limited-time menu selection of both savoury ramen and sweet dessert options!
IPPUDO Spring Menu
The newest addition is the Yakiago Dashi JAPAN ($18.85), featuring thick noodles topped with braised radish and chicken chashu.
The stock is made from dried agodashi flying fish which is a popular cooking style from Kyushu, Nagasaki.
The soup was light but flavourful with a deep umami, perfect for those looking to enjoy a comforting bowl of noodles!
The Yakiago Dashi JAPAN is available till 31 May 2023 only at the Mandarin Gallery and Mohamed Sultan outlets.
For something more substantial, IPPUDO has brought back their popular Hakata Nikusoba Tonkotsu V2.0 ($22.85)!
This ramen is an upgraded iteration of the previous Hakata Nikusoba Tonkotsu, with creamy pork broth and kaeshi sauce. Version 2 has more meat and a more robust soup but less oil.
This was a highlight for us. It was a great balance between flavourful and creamy without being cloying, and we could easily finish the bowl without being overwhelmed!
The Hakata Nikusoba Tonkotsu V2.0 is available till 31 May 2023 at all outlets except Marina Bay Sands, Mandarin Gallery and Mohamed Sultan.
For dessert, try the Ohanami Sakura Umegaemochi set ($6) that comes with red bean mochi and a jug of Sakura Green Tea, garnished with a full sakura bloom.
The slightly sweet mochi and warm tea made for a perfect end to the meal. Those looking for something stronger can opt for the Torotoro No Umeshu ($8 per glass).
This umeshu is made with both plum paste and green plums, creating a heavier and full-bodied flavour.
The Ohanami Sakura Umegaemochi set is available till 31 May 2023 at the Tanjong Pagar outlet, which has been aptly decorated with sakura blossoms!

Folks in the North-East will be happy to know IPPUDO has also officially opened a new outlet in Sengkang Grand Mall!
The outlet serves the same IPPUDO classics in a comfortable space that can sit up to 58 people.
