English Afternoon Tea Buffet with National Day Delights
From 6 to 9 August 2022, feast on a wide selection of both local as well as international delights with mouth-watering options that include open-faced sandwiches, smoked salmon variations and seafood on ice, followed by a carving (on a daily rotation) like Roasted Chicken, Baked Salmon Wellington and Roasted Beef Tenderloin. For a more local touch, enjoy National Day specials such as Nyonya Laksa; Chicken Satay with Cucumber, Onions, Ketupat & Peanut Sauce; Sliced Fish with Noodle in Premium Broth, and Lobster Popiah.
End off this lavish meal by satisfying your sweet tooth with soft-serve cream and other desserts such as Ondeh Ondeh Cake, Chendol Panna Cotta, Kaya and Coconut Macarons, assorted Nyonya Kueh, Freshly-made Waffles with condiments in popular flavours like kaya or peanut.
