Welcome the new year with Ya Ge’s array of Chinese New Year menus. Choose from seven set menus, priced from $88++ per person to $1888++ for a table of 10, promising a grand feast.

Delight in special dishes like Crispy Golden Eel and Yellowtail Yusheng, featuring raspberry-flavoured dragon puddings atop crispy eel, and a Yusheng dressed in passionfruit and kumquat.

These menus are the creation of Cantonese Chef Hoo Chee Keong and Executive Sichuan Chef Dave Lai, showcasing a fusion of Sichuan and Cantonese culinary arts. Pan Pacific Singapore is celebrating Chinese New Year with special offerings at their dining outlets.

Hai Tien Lo has Cantonese set menus starting at $128, featuring delicacies like Braised South Africa Whole Abalone with Truffles. Enjoy Yu Sheng options including Abundance Yu Sheng and Nutritious Prosperity Vegetarian Yu Sheng from January 22 to February 8, available for both dine-in and takeaway. Accommodating groups of various sizes, the Chinese New Year Set Menus are designed for cosy gatherings of four starting at $368, and for larger celebrations of up to 10 people beginning at $688.

Canchita is celebrating the Year of the Dragon with the return of its beloved CHIFA DRAGÓN Peruvian-Cantonese favourites. The restaurant has unveiled 10 seasonal dishes in a special CHIFA DRAGÓN Menu.

A unique offering is Canchita’s Lo Hei & Crunchy Tacos ($68). This dish combines fresh seafood such as Uni and Prawns, all topped with golden corn tortillas – a novel twist to traditional flavours.
