Tea Pot Sets

Matcha Warabi Mochi w/ Ice Cream

The Matcha Warabi Mochi with Ice Cream ($12.80) was a Singapore-exclusive item that combined shaved ice, jelly-like warabimochi, and creamy ice cream.

The warabimochi had a subtle matcha flavour, while the ice cream enhanced the overall sweetness. You can enjoy it with a choice of soybean powder or red bean for a satisfying contrast.

Original Warabi Mochi

The Original Warabi Mochi ($10.80) had a soft, chewy texture with a subtle roasted soybean powder coating. The accompanying sugar syrup allowed you to customise the sweetness to your liking, making it an ideal dessert for those seeking a less sugary option.

The set also included a pot of fragrant hot tea from the renowned Japanese brand ITO EN, which complemented the sweetness of the warabimochi and refreshed the palate, rounding out the dessert.

Signature Strawberry Parfait

The Signature Strawberry Parfait ($11.80) began with a base of creamy vanilla ice cream layered with sweet strawberry puree. On top of this, the chewy warabimochi added a nice texture that stood out among the other ingredients.

The parfait also featured a layer of matcha cream, chewy dango, and whipped cream, creating a satisfying mix of flavours and textures. The fresh strawberries provided a fruity burst that complemented the warabimochi, making this generously sized parfait ideal for sharing with friends.

Warabi Drinks

Strawberry Milk

The Strawberry Milk ($9.80) was a refreshing blend of fresh strawberries and chewy warabimochi. The drink offered a balance of sweet and tart flavours, with the strawberry pulp providing a punch of fruity tanginess that we enjoyed. The addition of warabimochi bits added a satisfying textural contrast, which we appreciated.

Matcha Latte

The Matcha Latte ($7.80), made with ITO EN, a leading Japanese matcha brand, was milky and sweet with a well-balanced matcha flavour. It wasn’t too overpowering, making it a good choice for a quick caffeine boost.
