Sol & Ora: New Bistro At Sentosa Serving Up Mediterranean Cuisine And Cocktails

Experience the best of sea-side dining at Sol & Ora, a new Mediterranean bistro located at The Outpost Hotel in Sentosa. Aptly translating to ‘Sun & Shore’ in Latin, Sol & Ora promises to provide a taste of the Mediterranean way of life, from its decor down to its food.

A Feel Of The Mediterranean In Singapore

The bistro’s design features multiple open-concept spaces perfect for communal eating, including a lounge space and large dining room. The decor includes rattan furniture, bright lighting and a view of the Sentosa coastline.

The restaurant is also part of 1-Altitude Coast beachfront project, and will be located beside the 1- Altitude Coast Rooftop Bar & Day Club, nearby other hotels and lifestyle destinations plus three beaches! Perfect for a post-dinner party or walk near the beach.

Sol & Ora Menu

The Sol & Ora menu takes inspiration from the regions of Italy, France, Spain and Greece, represented in their produce-centric menu items focused on using fresh ingredients. True to the name, they offer menus for any time of day, including brunch, lunch and dinner with a selection of cocktails.
