The restaurant boasts a spacious interior with textured earth walls and colours inspired by the Quebracho tree. This create a warm and inviting ambience, perfect for a hearty meal with loved ones.

As a pet-friendly establishment, you’re welcome to bring your furry companions along to the outdoor terrace, which is comfortably shaded!

The menu is concise yet diverse, featuring both lunch sets and à la carte choices. Opt for the two-course Lunch Set Menu, where there’s a selection of tasty starters and mains like the Barramundi Fillet ($32) and Boneless Shortribs ($38).

Their speciality lies in the technique of open-fire grilling, showcased in dishes like the Orange Honey Jurassic Quail ($38) and Chilli Lime Sakura Chicken ($36).

Appetisers

For starters, there was the Watermelon Feta Salad ($14), a refreshing choice drizzled in a coriander lime dressing. It struck a perfect balance between the watermelon’s sweetness and a subtle tangy flavour.

The Octopus Tentacles ($28) was chewy yet pleasantly tender. They paired excellently with the coriander pesto, adding a delightful herby taste to the dish that we thoroughly enjoyed!

Open Wood-Fire Grill Meat

A standout dish, the Half Suckling Pig ($240), had a perfectly crispy skin and soft, tender meat. Highly recommended for those dining in a larger group, it’s an excellent dish to enjoy together!

The Dirty Duck ($48) is another must-try, seasoned with a blend of aromatic spices like coriander powder and Sichuan peppercorn. This dish was well-executed, offering tender, flavour-packed meat.

Dishes cooked on the open wood-fire grill came with four sauces: smoked apple ketchup, chimichurri, green chilli relish, and pommery mustard. For a bit of a kick, the chimichurri is an excellent choice!

Vegetarian

The Mac n Cheese ($18) features an al-dente macaroni covered in a rich and creamy gorgonzola cheese sauce. A baked parmesan crust adds the perfect touch to this comforting dish!

For something simple, try the Coal-Roasted Sweet Potatoes ($10). Their smoky flavour paired with the creamy, tangy sour cream creates a rich balance.

Lemon Pound Cake

Grilled over the open wood-fire, the Lemon Pound Cake ($13) had a crust with a hint of buttery flavour that we loved. Paired with a mildly sweet mixed berries compote, it perfectly balances the cake’s zesty flavour! We felt that this dish was definitely worth ordering.

Extensive Range of Drinks

Enjoy a selection of red wines (from $13/glass) ideal for complementing smoky grilled meats, along with single malt whiskeys (from $13/glass) like Scallywag and Timorous Beastie, classic cocktails, and non-alcoholic options – there’s something for everyone!
