Smash Burger

The Smash Burger ($14) includes two smashed Wagyu patties with a flavourful, juicy bite. Topped with melted cheese, the patties were served on a soft, beetroot-tinted bun with caramelised onions that added a subtle sweetness.

For a filling meal, add on a side of truffle shoestring fries ($7), which offer a subtle truffle flavour that complements the burger without overpowering it.

This combination of ingredients provides a balanced and satisfying take on the classic burger all for just $14, making it an affordable meal option to consider.

Wild Cod

The Wild Cod ($36) was thick and meaty, retaining a juicy texture with every bite. It’s topped with a vibrant caper dill herb sauce that adds a zesty, tangy flavour with a hint of earthy freshness, balancing the richness of the fish.

Accompanied by sautéed baby spinach and cherry tomato salsa, which combines fresh, savoury, and tangy notes for a well-rounded flavour profile.

Brussels Sprouts

The Brussels sprouts ($11) were charred and brought out a smoky flavour, complemented by a tangy vinegar sauce that added a pleasant acidity.

Each bite combined the earthiness of the sprouts with the sweetness of golden raisins, complemented by the slightly crunchy garlic bits which were addictive!

Spicy Mala Sausage

The Spicy Mala Sausage ($6.50) featured a flaky, airy crust encasing a juicy sausage nestled within. The bread was coated in mala seasoning that delivered a strong yet manageable heat without being overwhelming. Packing a punch, this is a great choice for those who enjoy a spicy kick or can handle a bit of heat!
