Two Michelin-Starred Restaurant Cloudstreet Having Limited-Time Menu At HighHouse

If you’ve been looking for an opportunity to try dishes by a Michelin-starred chef, this menu is one to catch. Chef Rishi Naleendra of two Michelin-starred Cloudstreet is hosting an a la carte menu at HighHouse, bringing a curated selection of dishes.

The menu is available now till 31 October 2025

Chef Rishi helms Cloudstreet, Kotuwa and Station by Kotuwa, all Michelin-acknowledged eateries! 

This menu collaboration is part of The High Table, a partnership by HighHouse to showcase culinary perspectives across different chefs.

The seven item a la carte menu presents his take on Sri Lankan flavours, starting with appetizers like a Chicken Liver Parfait “Éclair” ($20).

For sharing, try the Bengal Beef Tartare ($48) and Dutch Kingfish & Puffed Rice “Jhalmuri” ($24), a ceviche-style combination of Bombay spices and green chilli dressing. 

Our favourite was the beef tartare! The mix of tender beef, fermented chilli, fried egg mayo and fresh herbs made for an addictive dish.

Something unique is the Roasted Bullhorn Pepper ($20) stuffed with goat cheese and a tangy pomegranate dressing. 

The main selection features Josper Grilled Red Snapper ($42) on coconut and green mustard curry, with a tender and smoky finish. 

A surprising standout was the Pumpkin Pot Pie ($38). With a cashew nut and sweet pumpkin curry, this was comforting, spiced and filling, even without meat.

Finish the meal with Valrhona Chocolate Biscuit Pudding ($20), a take on Sri Lankan Biscuit Pudding. Milk soaked biscuits layered with chocolate coating and a boozy coconut arak-infused cream on the side.
