A known name in the realm of Cantonese cuisine, Si Chuan Dou Hua serves up elevated Chinese dishes inspired by the realm of Si Chuan cuisine. The restaurant is offering an attractive 50% discount on a number of its dishes for the month of March (til 31 March)!

The discount is applicable to four of their dishes: The Duet Of Traditional Crispy Duck stuffed with Foie Gras and Glutinous Rice, “Chong Qing” Diced Chicken with Dried Chilli, Boiled Sliced Fish with Spicy Chilli Sauce and Signature Beancurd Medley.
A new addition to their menu is the Duet Of Traditional Crispy Duck stuffed with Foie Gras and Glutinous Rice ($88 for half, $168 for whole), featuring a flavourful combination of duck and savoury seasoned rice.
The other dishes are quintessential dishes in Sichuan cuisine, including “Chong Qing” Diced Chicken with Dried Chilli (from $28), Boiled Sliced Fish with Spicy Chilli Sauce (from $38) and their Signature Beancurd Medley (from $28).
Those who are spice lovers will enjoy the chicken and fish dishes that have a hit of spice with an addictive flavour, while the beancurd features beancurd cooked three ways.
This attractive discount will only be available from now till 31 March 2023 at their Kitchener Road outlet, limited to one dish per table, per bill.
Classic Si Chuan and Cantonese Food
Si Chuan Dou Hua also has a variety of tantalising offerings, like the Flambé Roast Suckling Pig ($438) with crispy pork crackling. You can top up $22 for the meat to be prepared in other ways, like deep fried with chilli or stewed rice vermicelli.
A unique item is also the Prosperity Exotic Garden Greens with Black Truffle in Osmanthus Sauce ($108 for small, $168 for large). You might raise an eyebrow at the fact that it’s yusheng outside of Chinese New Year, but Si Chuan Dou Hua introduced this dish as a celebration at any time.
The dish comes garnished with truffle and a variety of fresh, sweet greens tossed in a fragrant sauce. It even comes served with dried ice and a base with colourful LED lights!
