Now open at NEX Mall, Riverside Grilled Fish 江边城外 boasts an impressive 116 seater capacity restaurant serving their best dishes in a new modern interior. Founded in 2005 by two friends, the eatery offers a delectable selection of Chong Qing-style grilled fish topped with an array of spices and chillies for a spicy and satisfying meal. The outlets in Singapore are the restaurant’s first venture outside of China.
This new outlet has a modern design that takes inspiration from the traditional fishing villages in China, and even has an LED ceiling screen for maximum immersion during your dining experience.
Choose From An Array Of Spicy Flavours
You’ll be spoilt for choice here, as Riverside Grilled Fish offers 10 different types of sauces to go with their four selections of fish – Sea Bass ($39.90++), Patin ($39.90++), Golden Pomfret ($41.90++) or Qing Jiang ($46.90++). The signature is their Spicy Fragrant Sauce, a fragrant mala sauce, but you can try the new crowd favourites that include the Green Pepper Sauce and the Fragrant Garlic Sauce.
On top of that, there’s over 30 add-ons you can choose to complete the meal, ranging from $2 to $5 each. Pair the fish with their sides selection, including the Corn Popper ($12.90++), Fragrant Spicy Crawfish Tail ($28.90++) and Sichuan-style Chilled Chicken in Chilli Oil ($8.90++).
