PS.Cafe Has A Refreshed All-Day Dining Menu With New Dishes Like Mee Siam Cacio Spaghettini

If you’ve never heard of PS.Cafe, you’ve probably been living under a rock. One of Singapore’s most iconic dining destinations just launched a refreshed all-day menu, featuring 15 new dishes available at all ten PS.Cafe locations islandwide.

Don’t worry, their iconic truffle fries are still on the menu.

For starters, you can expect dishes like the Turkish Bread & Herb Cheese ($14), Butternut Squash Soup ($16), Crispy Buffalo Chicken Bites ($18) and a Sesame Cream Caesar ($25).

We really liked the Sesame Cream Caesar, a salad elevated with roasted sesame dressing. If you’re a fan of bread, make sure to get the Turkish Bread, which comes with a creamy blend of ricotta, feta and chives.

New Pasta Dishes & More

They’ve also introduced several pasta dishes, such as the Carbonara Mafaldine ($29), Meatball Mafaldine ($28) and Mee Siam Cacio Spaghettini ($32).

You might’ve come across the Mee Siam pasta dish during the SG60 promotion period, but this latest version brings together tangy, prawn-forward flavours with the rich creaminess of Italian cacio.

For heartier mains, you can opt for the Pork Schnitzel ($42), a generously portioned breaded pork chop served with tangy cabbage slaw and spring onion aioli.

We went for the classic Steak Frites ($52), served with a punchy horseradish cream. What really impressed us was the side of beer-battered pickled onion rings, which were really refreshing despite being deep-fried. The use of pickled onions was so interesting and tasted delicious.

Vegetarian Options

For our vegetarian friends, PS.Cafe has you covered with new dishes like The Spanakopita ($29), a Greek classic of filo pastry pie filled with spinach, cheeses and herbs.

They also have a Corn & Cheese Croquette ($28) and a Courgette and Basil Casarecce ($27), a pesto-based pasta.

The new refreshed menu is available at all PS.Cafe outlets islandwide.
