There are 10 options available, equally split between 5 cocktails and 5 bar bites.

As part of their anniversary promotions, each guest can enjoy 1 item for $10!

Cocktails

From left to right: Kuri No Umi, Amaretti Sour

The cocktail selection offers modern takes on different classic cocktails.

Our favourite was the Kuri No Umi, a vodka-based Nutella cocktail topped with a marshmallow.

The flavour profile was said to include kinako mochi, but it didn’t really come through for us. Even so, it was an enjoyable dessert-like cocktail that leaned more sweet than boozy!

Other options include the Singapo(rie)sling, a new take on the Singapore sling with Ferrand 1840 cognac and Planteray pineapple rum, and the Chiba Old Fash, which is a fresh twist on Old Fashioned with peanut butter-infused whiskey and laced with flavours of sesame and miso.

For something sour yet fizzy, get the Chu-Hi, which features lime and passionfruit soda. There’s also  the Amaretti Sour, a non-alcoholic take with zero-proof Prosecco.

Bar Bites

The bar bites take strong inspiration from nostalgic childhood snacks and food, starting with the Instant Carbonara.

This was a take on udon carbonara. It was creamy with a strong bacon taste and was not cloying at all.

Instead, it was light and indulgent yet satisfying.

Furthermore, it was served in a quirky custom Neon Pigeon cup noodle packaging, making it special and memorable.

Another fun item is  the Wagyu Ramen Nachos, inspired by MAMEE noodles!

With its crunchy noodles, wagyu chilli con carne, pico de gallo, sour cream and cheese, each mouthful  packed a good mix of textures and flavours that hit just right.

The house-made fish sticks in the Fish Sticks & Caviar had a crispy exterior and tender meat.

The caviar added a touch of luxury, but honestly did not add much taste-wise.

The zesty lemon-laced crème fraiche tartar sauce had more of an impact with its refreshing tang and creamy finish.

The Japanese Croquettes are deep-fried kabocha  (Japanese pumpkin) squash balls, topped with bacon sansho jam and togarashi.

It had the perfect crunch and we really liked the base of creamy curry sauce! The natural sweetness of the kabocha came through in every bite, balanced by the savoury jam, making each bite satisfying.

The Chicken Schnitzel Sando stood out the most for us. The crispy chicken schnitzel paired well with the pickled cabbage and yuzu katsu mayo. We found ourselves going back for more!

Not to mention the sheer size of the chicken! That alone makes it the star out of all the other dishes we tried.
