Little Farms Will Be Hosting Guest Chefs From Australia, Exclusive 5-Course Dinner Experiences

Little Farms, a local speciality grocer will be having 2 culinary events in Feb and March at their Tanglin Mall and Katong Point outlets!

Gill Estate - Summer 2023

On 24th and 25th Feb 2023, Little Farms will be having Chef Silvano D’Alessandro of Steampunk Espresso Bar & Cucinetta who will bring his Italian culinary expertise to Little Farms’ Tanglin Mall outlet with a unique five-course dinner. Names as The Harvest Table ($128++ per person with wine pairing, $108++ food only), the meal will feature items like house-made Gnocchi with fermented portobello mushrooms paired with wines from Gill Estate winery.

You can expect other items like the Carpaccio Di Kingfish Hamakura, which showcases the delicate flavour of the fish and is complimented with a bright and herbaceous coriander salt and high-quality extra virgin olive oil.

There will also be menu items like Costolette Di Manzo, featuring succulent slow-cooked beef paired with a rich and flavourful sauce made from Tempranillo wine, cinnamon, and star anise.

There will also be a grill-focused lunch & dinner known as The Harvest BBQ, happening on 26th Feb at Katong Point. Here, you can enjoy items like Grilled Tiger Prawns ($12), Roaring Forties Lamb Cutlets ($14), Organic Chicken Spiedini ($8), Scallops Crudo ($10), and more.

On 10 & 11 March, there will be an exclusive five-course dinner happening at the Tanglin Mall outlet, crafted by The Kitchen at Bec Hardy’s chef Anthony Schlenk, paired with wines from the award-winning Bec Hardy and Pertatinga ranges. Indulge in items like Cured Akaroa Salmon, Chicken Liver Parfait, Wagyu Beef Tartar, and more!
