Something’s hopping into Raffles Place this Chinese New Year! Lau Pa Sat has collaborated with White Rabbit to bring a slew of exciting attractions – including White Rabbit ice cream, free merchandise and more. The exciting offerings are available from now till 5 February 2023.
Lau Pa Sat x White Rabbit
The star attraction is the 5.5 metre White Rabbit inflatable that graces the entrances! The recognisable bunny is the same one on the iconic White Rabbit candy, and also lights up at a night for a picturesque centrepiece.
You can also check your year’s fortunes at the Zodiac Reading Boards beside the statue. Aside from the statue, there are a number of things you can enjoy:
White Rabbit-Inspired Menu Items
A number of Lau Pa Sat tenants are also offering White Rabbit-Inspired foods! Try the White Rabbit Milk Muffin ($2.80) and White Rabbit Milk Doffin ($2.90) by Butter & Cream, featuring cute pink and white decorations.
Hook Coffee is offering three drinks that incorporate the White Rabbit ice cream – Tangy Orange Rabbit Mocha ($7.00), Coconut Popsigato ($6.50), and Rabbit Honey Lemonade ($5.50). We tried the Rabbit Honey Lemonade and it was surprisingly good! The tang from the lemon paired well with the sweetness and creaminess from the White Rabbit ice cream.
There are also CNY exclusive menu items from Lau Pa Sat stalls, including the Yusheng ($38/$68) from Pheonix Seafood with abalone, or the refreshing Mango Yuzu Surprise ($2.80) from the drinks stall.
