There’s an a la carte menu with highlights like the Abundance Treasure Pot ($388) and the Yue Prosperity Yu Sheng (Small – $78, Large – $108) with smoked salmon and hokkaido scallop.

Ban Lan ushers in the Year of the Horse with its Prosperity Yu Sheng (Small – $66, Large – $96), available in both the set menus and as an a la carte dish. 

It features shredded taro, roasted seaweed, dried persimmon, and their housemade sauce, for an Yu Sheng that perfectly reflects authentic Fujian cuisine.

Feast your way into the Lunar New Year with 21 On Rajah

Their upcoming Oriental Bali Feast Buffet comes with a Prosperity Yu Sheng with Abalone as an appetiser and sets the tone for the Asian and Balinese-inspired dishes that follow.

The Salmon Noodle Yu Sheng ($49.90) features long ribbons of fresh salmon topped with Yuzu sauce, while the Abalone Yu Sheng ($49.90) features whole abalone.

For Chinese New Year this year, Pan Pacific Orchard upgrades their Yu Sheng creations with premium ingredients and house-made sauces! 

There are two options – Prosperity Exotic Garden Yu Sheng ($188) and Prosperity Spring With Golden Steed Yu Sheng ($588), which features premium pufferfish.
