Well Collective: Pet-Friendly Cafe in Northshore Plaza Perfect For Both Families & Solo Cafehoppers

Located in the corner of Northshore Plaza II is Well Collective, a spacious 2800sqf aesthetic cafe that’s pet-friendly and a wellness-centric space. Much like the sister brands, BOTANY, and The Ritual, one can expect amazing brunch spreads as well as exceptional service over at the cafe.

Well Collective Cafe in Northshore Plaza

A cozy cafe during the day with pop-up dinner menus in the evening, the space at Well Collective is a blend of concrete, wood, and stone elements. You’ll also find Japanese-inspired elements interwoven with French design, which helps transform the space into an aesthetic haven.

The sand-blasted and cherry wood furniture also adds a tinge of Mediterranean flair to the space.

There are both indoor and alfresco dining areas available, which can house up to 100 people. The alfresco area is pet-friendly, so paw-rents can enjoy a quick cuppa while allowing their pets to roam freely.

Good news for those wanting to look for a place to study or do some work as Well Collective has seats with quick access to power plugs, so you can bring your laptops along!

Well Collective Menu

The menu at Well Collective aims to be inclusive, catering to most diets such as vegetarians, vegans, flexitarians, and those wanting gluten-free options. Using fresh and made in-house ingredients, you can find heavily French & Japanese-influenced food items from authentic French crepes paired with Japanese flavours to Wagyu rice bowls.

For dinner, Well Collective will feature rotating dinner pop-up menus with monthly themes, a perfect cozy spot for dinner gatherings.

Here were some items we tried:

Torched Pitan Tofu

Featuring silken tofu topped with century egg yolk paste, fried garlic chips, scallion, and black caviar, the Torched Pitan Tofu was a beautiful medley of textures. With the garlic adding crunch to the creamy and soft textures of century egg and tofu, we enjoyed the contrasting play of textures and flavours.

Mid Wings w/ Yuzu Chilli Sauce

We loved how crispy the wings from Well Collective were, although we couldn’t taste much yuzu from the sauce. However, it was still an indulgent treat that we kept reaching out for.

No Chicken Katsu Sando

Sandwiched between two slices of toasted sourdough was a slice of no-chicken katsu, a vegetarian option that was strikingly similar to chicken. Along with it were in-house pickled daikon, fried kale, and yuzu kosho mayo. The fried kale in particular reminded us of seaweed, which provided a nice layer of umami flavours to the overall sando.

Barramundi w/ Yuzu Miso Sauce

Consisting of mashed potato, cauliflowers, and a large piece of barramundi brought together by a yuzu miso sauce, the overall dish remained light and palatable thanks to shredded fresh apples and onions. This was one of our favourite dishes for the night!

Crème Brulee French Toast

Another highlight for the night was the Crème Brulee French Toast which had the perfect texture when bitten into. Crispy, almost like cracking the sugar layer on top of a crème brulee, the burnt sugar really shone in this dessert with both its texture and flavours.

Desserts & More

Other dessert options included the Matcha Basque Cheesecake, Sakura Cheesecake, Strawberry Chiffon Cake, and Passionfruit Meringue Tart.

Aesthetic Cafe in Punggol

Well Collective will probably be a go-to cafe for those living in the Northeast area of Singapore. With plenty of charging ports and seats, the inclusive space will also be a good spot for students wanting to study.
