No Chilli, Tak Shiok Cocktail

Timbre Signatures is introducing a new menu lineup, starting with Singapore-Inspired cocktails! There are creations like “No Chilli, Tak Shiok!” ($20), dedicated to our Singaporean’s love for spice. It is a vodka-based drink, infused with raspberries and basil AND crowned with a fiery chilli padi for that unexpected kick that sneaks up with every sip.

“Bugis Pirates” ($20) has a spice-infused rum, for a unique take on the classic Dark and Stormy cocktail. A cheeky birthday concoction that surprises you when you least expect it would be “Jialat Liao!” ($20)

Singapore Signatures Menu

A new segment is the Singapore Signatures Menu, with familiar local flavours creatively reimagined!

Despite the unusual pairing, the Kaya Croissant with Seared Foie Gras ($32) emerged as a favourite! The combination of sweet, flaky and savoury was surprisingly addictive. It is accompanied by a creamy truffle mashed potato and poached egg for dipping. An elevated version of the traditional breakfast!

The Char-Grilled Pork Satay ($18) featured generous chunks of pork, served with a crispy risotto cake that reminds us of hashbrowns. The satay sauce offers a gentle kick of spice with peanut bits for that added crunch!

For Orh Lua lovers, you have to get the Truffle Oyster Omelette ($26)! It features fresh oysters and a flavorful omelette, with a dash of truffle that is served right in the oyster shell. Essentially a single-bite curry puff, the Curry Chicken Delight in Vol-Au-Vent ($18) has curry chicken nestled inside a puff pastry, topped with baked mashed potato.

If you are a Peking Duck fan, you will love the Reversed Roasted Duck Popiah ($16). The tender duck meat is wrapped in deep-fried popiah skin, complete with hoisin and Thai chilli sauce.

You can also find other delectable dishes including Beef Carpaccio ($17) and the Char-Grilled Octopus with Chorizo Lemak Curry Aioli ($26)

In addition to the new menu, Timbre fans can still savour the cherished Timbre Signature Chicken Wings (10pcs for $16 or 6pcs for $13) and the Stir-Fried Laksa Prawns Spaghetti ($26), which leans towards a more Western-inspired culinary style, featuring prawns that are large and juicy!

ITE West College Young Star Chefs Limited Edition Menu

From 25 September 2023 to 31 March 2024, indulge in the Burger Sliders ($18), Crabstade ($16), or the Kueh Pie Tee ($16) as part of the ITE West College Young Star Chefs Limited Edition Menu!

Can’t decide which to try? You can go for the West College Young Star Chefs Limited Edition Bundle Set ($42), featuring all three creative dishes!

Gift a Guitar with SGMUSO

Consider donating new or used guitars to youths aged 8 to 19 from low-income families and those considered at-risk.

This is part of Timbre’s effort to support the launch of the Gift a Guitar project by the Singapore Music Society (SGMUSO), a heartwarming initiative inspired by Deputy Prime Minister Lawrence Wong’s generous gifting of a guitar to young guitarist Christie Seah from the Little Arts Academy.

You can visit  www.sgmuso.org for more details on the Gift a Guitar project.
