Everyone enjoys a good pizza, and there are many eateries in Singapore offering their own unique versions that you can try. L’Arte Pizza is one of these restaurants, serving up a special type of pizza from Rome!
L’Arte Pizza Menu
The menu specialises in Pizza Romana, which they make fresh daily. Their iteration features a rectangular shape and thicker crust topped with a variety of premium ingredients from Italy.
The Pizza Romana flavour selection includes Tartufata ($9.50/slice, $34/whole) with truffle mozzarella cheese and parma ham; and the Formaggi ($8/slice, $8/whole) with a mix of mozzarella, gorgonzola, Scamorza and parmesan.
They even have a Nutella dessert pizza ($6/slice, $20/whole) topped with banana and strawberries.
We got to try their new Pizza Italia Bundle ($50) that comes with four flavours of Pizza Romana and their newest 12-Inch Pizza Classic!
Pizza Romana
In the bundle, you get to try four flavours on one pizza: Bacon Rado, Melanzane, Burrata Cheese and Soppressata. The visuals on this are enough to whet your appetite, with fresh tomatoes, cheese and pepperoni packed onto the thick crust!
Each bundle comes with reheating instructions and we highly recommend reheating it for the best eating experience.
Our favourite was the Burrata Cheese, with Chef Radostin Kiryazov’s special basil pesto and cherry tomatoes. The crust was hearty with a crunchy exterior and fluffy interior; plus a unique ‘aged’ flavour from the dough.
The Soppressata provided a nice spicy kick with the chorizo and chilli peppers, mellowed out by the creamy cheese. If you prefer meatless options, the Melanzane is topped with roasted eggplant!
12-Inch Pizza Classic
The newest menu addition is the 12-Inch Pizza Classic, featuring the familiar thin crust and simple Margherita toppings.
This was simple yet comforting, with a blend of savoury cheese, slightly tart pizza sauce and fragrant basil.
With the Pizza Classic and Pizza Romana combined, we think the bundle can easily feed 2 or 3 people! It’s great value for the amount and quality of pizza you get to enjoy.
