Jiang-Nan Chun has remained one of our top picks for fine Chinese cuisine in Singapore, with its selection of Cantonese dishes executed with close to technical perfection. The restaurant is presenting a limited, two-night-only menu designed by returning chef Alan Chan and Executive Chinese Chef Alec Khoo!
Jiang-Nan Chun Menu

The six-course dinner ($168++/pax) will be available 26 June and 27 June, presenting Jiang-Nan Chun’s skills in refined Cantonese cuisine. A wine pairing is available from $135++/pax.
The course begins with an appetiser of Deep-Fried Scallop, Chilled Five-Spice Foie Gras with Caviar and Spring Onion Pancake, followed by a Double-Boiled Fish Maw Soup served in a coconut.
It’s followed by a Baked Cod Fillet with sautéed egg white, quinoa and fish roe, crafted by current Executive Chef Alec Khoo.
Chef Chan’s expertise shines in two courses – Wok-fried A5 Wagyu Beef and Braised Egg Noodles with Australian spiny lobster – a modern take on comforting dishes.
The meal is finished with a Steamed Milk Pudding topped with bird’s nest and Dragon Well Tea.
Chef Alan Chan will also be offering a Chef’s Tasting Menu from 28 June 2025 onwards, focusing on produce-forward, traditional Cantonese techniques.
