Frozen Heart has a physical store in Jewel to experience their fried ice creams fresh! There are 6 flavours to choose from including Swiss Chocolate, Aurora Starry Sky and Golden Pullow Durian. They are priced at $4.50 for Premium flavours and $3.80 for Classic flavours.
Each fried ice cream features creamy ice cream encapsulated in milk toast, fried at a specific temperature for a golden crust. The cute part? Each flavour comes in its own unique shape ranging from hearts to a bear!
Unique Gelato Flavours
They also offer a number of cute gelato cups you can enjoy on the go! The flavours are equally tantalizing like Pistachio ($6.50), Apple-Flavoured Blueberry ($5.80) and Papaya Milk ($5.80).
These come with an adorable bear-shaped serving spoon. Each flavour was a good balance of creamy and refreshing, without being too sweet. Our pick is Papaya Milk, with a fragrant papaya flavour complemented by creamy milk.
The Apple-flavoured Blueberry sounds a bit confusing, but it tastes exactly like its name! It has the slight earthiness from the blueberry but the sweetness from the apple – which makes for a surprisingly good combination.
