Compose Coffee: South Korea’s No.1 Coffee Chain In Suntec City With Drinks Like Red Bean Milkshake

Compose Coffee is a super popular coffee chain in Korea with over 1000 locations, and they are now officially open in Singapore!  Their Singapore outlet offers their items at the same wallet-friendly price with special coffee offerings.

Futuristic, Simple Interior

Interior of Compose Coffee

Compose Coffee has futuristic decor, with a mix of silver and grey tones that complement its signature yellow accent. They also have a seating area for those who want to indulge in their coffee and croffles. It might be hard to get a seat but you should be able to snag one if you come early (about 11.30am).

Compose Coffee Menu

Compose Coffee specialises in coffee and flavoured lattes, with their Strawberry Latte ($5.1) being a favourite from Korea. There are also other drinks like Peach Lychee Jasmine Tea ($4.8) and Pandan Coconut Shake ($6.9)

Freshly baked, their croffles feature mouthwatering options like Basil & Peperoncino ($4.5) and Cheddar Cheese ($4.9)

Busan Sea Salted Cream Latte

The Busan Sea Salted Cream Latte ($7.6) is a visual delight. It has a pastel blue layer at the bottom, a robust coffee layer and creamy white foam to top it off, resembling Busan’s coastline!

Remember to give this drink a good stir so that all the ingredients blend together for the best taste! The coffee is pleasantly light on the bitterness, though it could do with a tad more salt.

K-Red Bean Milkshake

The K-Red Bean Milkshake ($6.9) is like having Bingsu in a drinkable form, with mashed red beans and mini Injeolmi for that perfect chewy contrast. It also wasn’t too sweet and had the enjoyable red bean flavour that isn’t too ‘traditional’. Pretty unique option!

We also tried the Strawberry Latte ($5.1), another treat that doesn’t disappoint. This latte offers a sweet strawberry pulp that harmonizes perfectly with the creamy milk, the perfect concoction for those who prefer their drinks on the sweeter side!

Sangha Farm Ice Cream Latte

A must order is the Sangha Farm Ice Cream Latte ($5.8)! Topped with milk ice cream sourced directly from Korea’s Sangha Farm, the coffee has a creamier texture but a tad bit bitter note compared to the Busan Sea Salt Latte. It tasted like a nice affogato!

Cinnamon Croffle

For something simple, Opt for the Cinnamon Croffle ($3.4). Each slice has a satisfying crunch, and the gentle hint of cinnamon doesn’t overwhelm your tastebuds.

Brown Cheese Croffle

The Brown Cheese Croffle ($4.9) stands out as our favourite! Its caramel-like brown cheese shavings provide a melt-in-the-mouth sensation that’s both creamy and sweet.
