TLDR;
Brotzeit Singapore is celebrating its 20th anniversary with a Singapore-inspired menu, featuring items like Mala Bratwurst and Laksa Spätzle. They are also collaborating with local brewer Bo Chup for special beers like the Bo Chup Singapore Lager.
Prost to Brotzeit Singapore as the beloved German restaurant celebrates its 20th anniversary with a special locally inspired menu, available from 23 June to 26 August 2026. They are also collaborating with Singaporean brewery Bo Chup for a special beer!
Brotzeit 20th Anniversary Menu

The menu infuses Singaporean flavours into German classics, such as the Asiatische Schweinshaxn ($42), their signature pork knuckle with a 24-hour mala marinade.
It’s served in a tingkat with rice, cucumber salad and mapo tofu for that local touch, which we found quite cute!
The West Meets East Platter Combo ($78) brings the best of both, combining the mala-marinated pork knuckle and signature Knusprige Schweinshaxn.
The local flavours continue with the Hühnerschnitzel “Salted Egg” ($28) coated in rich salted egg powder and Rindergulasch “Rendang” Spätzle ($35) with a 5-hour slow-cooked beef shank with gula melaka!
A Hummer Laksa ($42) version is also available, featuring a lobster broth with laksa leaves and grilled lobster tail.
We also liked the Mala Bratwurst ($25) with Brotzeit’s specially developed in-house recipe that’s lower in sodium and nitrate-free. Just a kick of spice and that familiar mala flavour!
For a vegetarian option, opt for Spinat Teigtaschen mit Seidentofu Sichuan ($22), where German spinach and potato dumplings are paired with silken tofu in a Sichuan-style mapo sauce that’s made with shiitake mushrooms.
End the meal with Apfel Pandan Kaya Strudel ($15) – layers of pandan sponge, kaya spread and apple strudel, alongside salted gula melaka – or the Matcha Kaiserschmarrn ($22). This fluffy pancake is infused with matcha powder, fresh strawberries and a homemade strawberry compote.
Special Collaboration With Singaporean Brewer
Bo Chup is a local brewer that specialises in German-style beers reimagined with Asian flavour profiles!
Check out the Bo Chup Singapore Lager (ABV 4.2%, from $11 for 0.33L), a light, refreshing brew crafted for Singapore’s climate.
Brewed to German Purity Law-compliant standards using 100% malt, European Aurora hops, and no adjuncts, it’s clean, slightly bitter and has a subtle herbiness that pairs well with the meal.
The beer is served in exclusive co-branded glassware created specially for the anniversary, and will be available from 23 June to 26 August 2026.
