Indulge in their Pandan Light Cheesecake 香兰乳酪 ($11.20 per cake), a take on the all-time Japan Light Cheesecake infused with the fragrance of pandan or the Pandan Gula Melaka Crunch 脆椰糖 ($25.80 per cake) inspired by ondeh ondeh kueh with gula melaka mousse and coconut toasted flakes between layers of pillow-soft pandan chiffon.
