Black Tap Introduces Revamped Menu: Peri-Peri Chicken Burger, Strawberry Cheesecake Milkshake & More

Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beers at Marina Bay Sands has rolled out a revamped menu with new items and limited-edition items turned mainstay! You can look forward to fresh sides, shakes and even burger options.

Black Tap New Menu

Pizza Fries

Pizza Fries

The first addition is the Specialty Fries. We tried the Pizza ($15), topped with mozzarella, tomato sauce and pepperoni. This should be eaten while warm so the fries stay crispy!

The combination of the salty cheese, meaty pepperoni, and slight tang of the tomato sauce paired well with the fries!  These fries are also available in Salted Egg Yolk ($15) and Nashville Hot ($15)

White Miso BBQ Chicken Wings

Another new side is the White Miso BBQ Chicken Wings ($16/8 pcs). The wings were crisp on the outside but juicy on the inside, acting as the perfect vessel for the sauce.

The sauce was savoury with a good umami and pleasant kick from chilli crisp aioli! We recommend squeezing the lime for a nice tang.

Peri-Peri Chicken Burger

A new burger is the Peri-Peri Chicken Burger ($24), featuring a Peri-Peri sauce on the side. It came with corn salsa and avocado cream, which complemented the lighter flavoured chicken.

The Peri-Peri sauce added a good kick without being too spicy, which was what the burger needed. We think the patty could be more seasoned and have more texture (like an added crunch), though the overall flavour profile was cohesive!

You can also try the new Zhoug Lamb Burger ($25), made with a special Yemen-style hot sauce!

Wagyu Steakhouse Burger

The Wagyu Steakhouse Burger ($29) is not a new item but we recommend ordering it if it’s your first time here.

The patty was beefy and juicy, complemented by the crispy onions, bacon and roasted garlic aioli. It’s a good starter burger and has won Black Tap a 2021 Judge’s Choice Award in NYC! You’ll sure to be satisfied after.

The New Yorker

No meal at Black Tap is complete without a shake! The New Yorker ($22) was once a limited-time offering but is now a mainstay.

It is a strawberry milkshake topped with an entire slice of strawberry cheesecake. Despite how it looks, it was surprisingly not too sweet! With the cheesecake, this was two desserts in one – a bang for the buck if we say so ourselves.

Burgers In Singapore

With the revamped menu, Black Tap now has more to offer while retaining the same quality (and portions)! If you’re a burger person, here are some other burger spots you can check out.
