Among these delectable offerings are some of their new creations, such as D24 Durianyaki—a playful twist on Japanese street food Takoyaki and Mini D24 Pengat in a Green Tea Cone with Chicken Floss.

Gordon Grill

On March 31st, Gordon Grill presents a sophisticated Easter-themed five-course set menu for fine dining enthusiasts. Featuring specially crafted dishes such as Braised Short Rib with Potato Puree, Mushroom Fricassee, Broccolini and Red Wine Sauce.

On March 30 and 31, for lunch, guests can enjoy a special Easter Roast. Showcasing a 24-hour Slow Roasted Lamb Shoulder & Rack, perfect for sharing. Meadesmoore has launched a one-day-only Easter Menu available exclusively on Easter Sunday, March 31st (11.30am – 3pm). The menu showcases exceptional cuts of meat sourced from award-winning and premium producers worldwide. Each dish offers classic flavors with a unique Meadesmoore twist. The offerings include the flavourful Anchovy & Tarragon Roasted Half Chicken (S$58++), Moroccan Spice Roasted Lamb Rump (S$58++) that are marinated for at least 48 hours in a harmonious blend of ras-el-hanout spices before roasting and the Salt-crusted Roasted Sanchoku Wagyu (S$58++), where coarse salt is combined with meringue, juniper berries, and aromatic herbs to create a flavorful crust that delicately seasons the prized Wagyu.

Sides like Mushy Minted Peas, Roasted Spuds, Yorkshire Pudding, and Horseradish Cream accompany the mains, topped with a luscious Roasting Jus for the perfect finishing touch.
