1-Flowerhill: Floral-Themed Concept In Sentosa With Three Dining Offerings In One

There’s a new idyllic spot in Sentosa to visit: 1-Flowerhill. The multi-concept space houses three different restaurant concepts with picturesque botanical-themed decor, all located within walking distance of Imbiah Station!

Floral Fantasy

The one word to describe the space is dreamy. It’s perfectly perched on the top of a hill, boasting a good view of the Sentosa Sensoryscape and the sea.

Outdoor verndah with flowers

There’s lots of greenery to frame the scenery, making for good photo spots! There’s an outdoor verandah decked with a hanging floral arrangement (and it’s pet-friendly) sitting right outside the main building.

1-Flowerhill takes over a colonial bungalow and is split between two dining concepts: Wildseed Cafe/Wildseed Bar & Grill and Camille, a French-Japanese fusion restaurant. The interior is also filled with flowers, in the form of a flower ceiling and hanging kinetic flower lights adorning the stairway.

The second floor is more private and intimate, making it a good spot for occasions like weddings or celebrations!

1-Flowerhill Menu

Wildseed Cafe and Wildseed Bar & Grill are day and night concepts with different menu offerings. During the day, you can enjoy cafe fare like Chicken Pinche Sandwich ($17) and local-inspired dishes like ‘Lok Lok’ with Asam Pedas Broth ($25)!

The nighttime selection includes the Wagyu Beef Burger ($29) and charcoal grilled meats like Tandoori Chicken ($25) and Grilled Black Angus Oyster Blade ($34).

Camille offers an elevated menu with items like Marseille Seafood Stewed Papillote Style ($45) and White Miso Glazed Black Cod ($48).

We got to try items from Wildseed Bar & Grill.

Vegetarian Platter

The Vegetarian Platter ($48) is Mediterranean-inspired, with a hearty selection of fresh tomatoes, cucumber, grilled pita and housemade falafels. All this is accompanied by hummus, tzatziki and baba ganoush, also housemade.

We really liked the falafels, which were well-seasoned and crunchy! The combination of vegetables and dips whet the appetite without being too filling.

Soft-Shell Crab Linguine

The Soft-Shell Crab Linguine ($29) came topped with a whole fried crab! It had a chilli crab sauce which was just the right amount of spicy and sweet, thick enough to coat every strand of pasta.

Grilled Meats

We were impressed by their grilled meat selection! We tried the Grilled Black Angus Oyster Blade ($34) and Barbecue Iberico Pork Rib ‘Charsiew’ Style ($34).

Despite not being a fatty cut, the oyster blade was knife-tender and juicy with a rich beefy flavour. The accompanying bearnaise sauce added a pleasant creaminess and tang.

The pork ribs were also incredibly soft and fatty, with a nice caramelisation from the grill!

Desserts

The desserts are only available in the daytime but we think they are perfect for tea time. Their Valrhona Chocolate Lux ($14) came with layers of praline and ganache but wasn’t too sweet or rich.

Our recommendation would be the Nagasari ($8), a coconut cremeux tart topped with caramelised bananas. This had a pleasant coconut fragrance without being cloying complemented by the crunchy tart base and sweet banana.
