Did you know that Duxton used to be full of nutmeg plantations? The area is rich with history grounded in the spice industry, which acts as the main story of Mondrian Imagines: Spices. 

This is a year-long experience by Mondrian Singapore Duxton, highlighting different spice-centric experiences in the hotel!

Jungle Ballroom will host a cocktail mixing session, featuring a 7-spice blend of Green Szechuan, Dried Makrut, Turmeric, Fenugreek, Brown Coriander, Nutmeg, Pink Clove. 

Guests will get to make one stirred and one shaken cocktail from their menu, in addition to two 100ml custom-labelled bottled cocktails!

Bak Kut Teh Spice Rub

Bottega di Carna is elevating its iconic aged beef with a special Bak Kut Teh Spice Rub from Leow’s “Traditional Flavours of Singapore” collection and flame-kissed over their famed Josper grill. 

You can also sample the Five Spice & Oriental Treasure Salt to enjoy with the steak, featuring a blend of fennel, cinnamon, clove, star anise, and Szechuan pepper.

Spiced Drink By The Pool

Nothing beats a lounge by the pool with a drink in hand! The Canyon Club is offering a Spiced Hibiscus Fizz made with ginger, cinnamon and cardamom, alongside a curated card detailing their history and significance. 

Sit back, sip and enjoy the city view from the rooftop pool.
