The highlights include Cold Boiled Pork & Korean-style Japchae, LA Galbi Marinated Grilled Short Rib and Rose Cream Tteokbokki.
We got to sample a bit of everything and we were incredibly impressed by the LA Galbi!
It was smoky, fatty ,with the right balance of sweet.
Classic dishes like Korean Seasoned Fried Chicken and Vegetarian Japchae Glass Noodles are also available.
Some speciality items also include the Jeju-style Pork Noodle Soup and Braised Short Ribs.
The three guest chefs – Executive Sous Chef Hwang Jong Min, Head Chef Yang Soon Ae, and Chef Bang Jin Su – bring combined expertise across royal court cooking and temple cuisine.
They bring their experience to dishes prepared using traditional Korean techniques and flavours.
Finish the meal with Hotteok and a variety of rice cakes!
