They are offering both savoury and sweet menu items, starting with a number of new additions!
New Savoury Mains
The savoury menu starts with Chinese-style Braised Whole Turkey with Braised Eggs, Peanuts and Homemade Chilli Sauce ($338 nett for 8 to 12 persons) made Teochew-style in a gravy with galangal root and star anise, served with six braised eggs, yam rice with preserved sausages, braised peanuts and a homemade chilli sauce.
There’s also the DIY Turkey Popiah with Homemade Sambal Chilli ($78 nett for up to 10 persons) with the classic mix of sweet turnips, carrots, Chinese mushrooms, dried shrimps mixed with tender turkey breast and homemade sambal, and the Wok-fried Carrot Cake in Homemade Sambal Chilli with Turkey Breast, Capsicums and Bean Sprouts ($48 nett for 4 to 6 persons) incorporating homemade carrot cake with homemade sambal.
For something comforting, try the Mini Turkey Pot Pie (Classic & Curry), that ranges $40 nett for 6 Curry Turkey Pot Pies and $56 nett for 6 Classic Turkey Pot Pies, or $48 nett for a combo of both! Each pie features a flaky golden puff pastry crust with a turkey-based filling using curry leaves and curry paste.
They are also bringing back their previous classics like the Christmas Tree 3-Tier Sets ($88 nett for 16 pieces) serving 16 mini savoury and sweet bites in an adorable carousel-design box!
New Dessert Additions
It’s log cake season and Goodwood Park Hotel has rolled out three new flavours! The Festive Tropicana Log Cake ($98 nett for 1 kg) has a pineapple-vanilla confit and a sea salt caramel mousse with a Valrhona chocolate mousse and a hazelnut croustillant base, while the Jolly Holiday Travel Cake ($98 nett for 1 kg) features a pistachio buttercream with a mandarin orange confit and a pistachio white chocolate ganache.
Beary Merry Yule Log ($98 nett for 1 kg) has a maple mascarpone with layers of apple mousse and cranberry confit, atop a Pain de Gênes (almond cake) base and crumbly streusel, featuring a number of cute bear ornaments! Meanwhile, the Pink Party Christmas Tart ($68 nett for 500g) is a log cake alternative that features a pink guava mousse with pear and yuzu ganache.
There are also the classic Traditional Christmas Chocolate Log Cake ($88 nett for 1 kg) and Christmas Durian Combo ($68 nett for 6 pieces in 5 flavours) that features D24 durian in 5 different preparations – D24 Coffee Glaze Cake, D24 Cookies ‘N’ Cream Cake, D24 Crunchy Chocolate-Hazelnut Tartlet, D24 Kueh Dadar and D24 Puffs.

You can also get their combos for a Christmas feast! The Local Christmas Combo ($370 nett, U.P a la carte $468 nett) comes with Chinese-style Braised Whole Turkey with 6 Braised Eggs, Peanuts and Homemade Chilli Sauce, served with choice of Yam Rice with Preserved Sausages, Mushrooms and Dried Shrimps or Thick Rice Porridge and Braised Gravy (serves 8 to 12 persons) and DIY Turkey Popiah with Homemade Sambal Chilli (serves up to 10 persons). The dessert is 10 pieces of D24 Durian Puffs!
The Traditional Christmas Combo ($388 nett, U.P. a la carte $488 nett) has Traditional Christmas Turkey with Stuffing, Giblet Gravy & Cranberry Sauce (serves 8 to 12 persons), Honey-glazed Boneless Ham with Vanilla-Pineapple Sauce (serves 4 to 6 persons), and the Traditional Christmas Chocolate Log Cake (1kg).
