Yule Hee Hoo
Back by popular demand with a brand new look, Yule Hee Hoo! ($58.90) is a gorgeous, layered creation with a hazelnut chocolate praline base, luscious chocolate cream cheese and fruity raspberry ruby centre with an outer layer of velvety pistachio cream cheese mousse.
It is further covered in aromatic and bittersweet matcha green tea sponge crumbles and decorated with a cute reindeer topper for that festive cheer.
We absolutely loved the nuttiness and fragrance of the pistachio cream cheese mousse which was a great combination with the decadent hazelnut chocolate praline base. Just when you’d think it’d get too cloying, the raspberry ruby centre helps to balance it with its tangy flavour.
The Feline Seduction
Chocolate lovers unite! The Feline Seduction ($58.90, $7.90 for a slice) is made with 70% dark chocolate ganache, smooth dark chocolate cream cheese, a soft chocolate sponge and a generous sprinkling of cocoa powder.
Each bite was bursting with rich chocolate flavours, and we can see chocolate lovers going back constantly for another bite.
