If you’re looking for authentic but affordable Italian food, check out Tutto at Jewel Changi Airport!
They’re a new casual Italian restaurant by Da Paolo, serving up freshly made pastas and pizzas under $30.
Vibey Interior

The store is warmly lit with multiple accent lights to create a more cosy and intimate environment.
Unique chairs and colourful decor pieces like the table lamp and plants make it more casual.
The store also features an open kitchen where you can watch them prepare the fresh pasta and pizza!
Tutto Menu
The menu is extensive, with over 20 options for pizzas and pastas.
Each pasta features a different pasta shape to ensure the texture and sauce pairs perfectly for the ultimate bite.
Highlights are the Pomodoro e Basilico ($15) and Arrabbiata ($17).
Even those with dietary restrictions can enjoy a good plate of pasta here, because gluten-free pasta options are available, and most pastas are made without eggs.
For pizzas, the dough is fermented for 72 hours to enhance the natural flavour. They are then baked in a specialised Italian oven, giving the pizza the perfect mix of crisp edges and a chewy centre.
Pastas
We started the meal with the Ragu di Pollo ($19). The taste was light yet comforting from the chicken ragu which was slow-cooked in herbs and white wine.
Though it was an enjoyable plate of pasta, it didn’t stand out to us taste-wise.
Our favourite was the Assassina ($18). This sauce features tomato and chilli cooked until lightly burnt, giving it a slightly charred taste.
It was a unique flavour and we loved the spicy and smoky flavour!
The Carbonara ($19) and Nero e Gemberi ($28) were slightly heavier pastas but were not cloying at all.
The carbonara sauce clung to the pasta perfectly, and each bite had just the right amount of sauce.
It was cheesy but not overly cheesy, making it a solid plate of carbonara.
The squid ink taglioni was a standout for its flavour because the Argentinian prawns and prawn bisque gave it a super-rich flavour.
Each bite was flavourful and had a nice mix of textures from the prawn!
Pizzas
For pizzas, we had the Pugliese ($27) and Gemberi e Limone ($28).
The Pugliese comes with a big piece of burrata that you can spread across the pizza to enjoy a bit of it in every bite.
The crispy garlic also gave it an extra burst of flavour and texture, so we really enjoyed this pizza.
Seafood lovers have to get the Gemberi e Limone. Similar to the Nero e Gemberi pasta, it has Argentinian prawns and prawn bisque for a rich seafood flavour.
Something unique is the grilled lemon, which added a tanginess that kept the pizza light and balanced.
The entire pizza was enjoyable because of the dough, which made for a super moist and fluffy crust.
We don’t usually like pizza crusts, but this one won us over because it was genuinely good!
Desserts
We ended the meal on a sweet note with the Tiramisu ($13) and Crostata al Limone ($8).
The tiramisu was pretty alcohol forward, but we loved how light the cream was and how generous they were with the coffee and chocolate.
It wasn’t overly sweet, so those with a sweet tooth will prefer the lemon tart.
The lemon tart was a good balance of sweet and sour, with a nice tart shell. It was dense yet crumbly, pairing well with the soft lemon filling.
