The Assembly Ground’s newest outlet is located in ION Orchard, with a revamped menu inspired by the rich flavours of Europe and America.

The menu leans towards fast and casual dining, unlike their Cineleisure outlet with a family-friendly vibe.
The mains feature items like Baby Scallop Spaghetti ($28) and 7 Veg Salad ($22). For something to share, try the Crispy Shepherd’s Pie ($22) or Whipped Cod Roe ($20).
There’s also a breakfast menu with classics like Scrambled Eggs ($14) and Breakfast Granola ($16). The Assembly Ground also offers toast with options such as Beef Pastrami ($28) and Ham & Brie ($25)
Starters
Served with a variety of sides like carrot, asparagus and crackers, the French Onion Dip ($16) had a distinct flavour and an addictive savouriness.
Another starter was the Spicy Sea Urchin Dip ($17) which came with fries coated in a savoury seaweed seasoning. The sauce added a good kick without being too spicy, pairing well with the fries!
Mains
One of our favourite dishes was the Mexican Pork Stew ($30) which was huge in portion and served with a generous amount of meat cuts such as belly and shoulder. It had a rich Mexican flavour that paired perfectly with the buttered rice!
If you are craving something hearty, opt for the Chicken Scallopini ($26). A thinly sliced chicken breast that was surprisingly meaty and had great texture. Topped with marsala wine sauce, it gives the dish a rich and unique flavour.
The Baby Cuttlefish Spaghetti ($26) featured al dente spaghetti noodles tossed in garlic, olive oil and chilli flakes for a spicy kick at the end to cut through the oiliness! The squids were cooked perfectly and did not have a rubbery texture to it.
Charred Cabbage Toast
For those seeking a lighter option, the Charred Cabbage Toast ($22) is a good option! We loved how all the ingredients complemented each other, with the avocado and eggs offering a creamy texture and a hint of spice from the chilli oil.
