POCHA!: 1-Metre Korean Street Food Platter and Stir-Fried Shin Ramyeon

POCHA!, the popular Korean street food restaurant has launched a new 1-Metre Korean Street Food Platter!

They have also collaborated with Nongshim featuring a selection of Stir-Fried Shin Ramyeon dishes.

POCHA! 1 Metre K-Platter

POCHA!- 1 Metre Long K-Platter

POCHA! 1 Metre K-Platter ($34.90++) is a generous spread of Korean street food favourites, featuring Chijimi Pancake, Gochujang Krispy Chicken Chunks, Corndog, and more, perfect for sharing between 2-3 people.

Our favourites were the Gochujang Krispy Chicken Chunks, which were glazed in a sweet and spicy gochujang sauce. The Sindang-Dong Tteokbokki with Eomuk had  a soft, chewy texture, coated in a sweet sauce that balanced out the spice.

The Jumeok-bap (seaweed rice balls) provided a nice contrast. The light, slightly salty flavour and soft texture offered a satisfying complement to the bolder, richer dishes.

POCHA X Nongshim Shin Ramyeon

Cheese & Bacon Stir Fry Spicy Shin Ramyeon

The Cheese & Bacon Stir Fry Spicy Shin Ramyeon ($13.90) was topped with bacon, mushrooms, and cheese. While the noodles had a nice bounce, the sauce could have been creamier. However, the bacon added a nice saltiness to the dish. It’s a good option for those who can’t handle too much spice.

Fried Chicken Stir Fry Spicy Shin Ramyeon

The Fried Chicken Stir Fry Spicy Shin Ramyeon ($13.90) featured a crispy chicken cutlet paired with stir-fried spicy Shin Ramyeon. The dish brings a good amount of heat, and the noodles are springy, making it a satisfying option for those who enjoy a kick of spice.
