The Salted Plum Gin ($69 for 750ml) is inspired by the traditional northern Chinese ‘Suan Mei Tang’ summer recipes, one of China’s oldest traditional beverages.
A take on a classic sloe gin, it’s infused with salted plum, mulberry, hawthorn and osmanthus. The mixture is aged for one month in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks for rounded notes of vanilla and oak with a dry finish.
