If you’re a fan of all things lavender, this might just excite you! Café Coco, a cafe in Gardens By The Bay has recently launched a 3 course French Lavender Weekend Brunch Set that looks simply amazing.
These are only available during the weekend, and as we’re writing this article, the slots for Sunday (20/9) are full.
3 Course French Lavender Weekend Brunch Set
The weekend brunch set is priced at $48 and includes 1 main, 1 beverage and 1 dessert.
It also comes with a French Lavender COCObox of 3 (worth $24) that includes a bottled creamy white latte, a French lavender latte and an Earl Grey Lavender Tea Latte made using tea from TWG.
For Mains, choose from:
- French Lavender Ricotta Hotcake ($18.90)
The hotcake is topped with strawberries and blueberries, a scoop of ice-cream along with some sprinkles of purple granulated sugar. For some crunch, sunflower and pumpkin seeds are added.
The creamy lavender syrup is served in a separate pitcher.
- Fresh Berries Brown Butter Waffles ($14.90)
Waffles are topped with fresh strawberries and blueberries, as well as a homemade raspberry coulis.
- Avocado Toast ($14.90)
- Big Breakfast with Molten Lava Eggs ($17.90)
For Beverages, you can choose from:
- Iced French Lavender Lemonade ($8.00)
The drink comes in a mesmerizing shade of purple, a slice of lemon and rosemary. An aesthetically pleasing drink that is said to be refreshing and filled with the fragrance of lavender.
- Hot/Iced Latte ($6.00)
- Hot/Iced TWG Tea of choice ($8.00)
And as for desserts, it’s either a freshly made Tiramisu or a Cake of the Day.
How Can I Try The French Lavender Weekend Brunch Set?
For the weekend brunch sets, there is a limited number of 5 tables available for each day.
There is also a requirement for a minimum of 2 pax when reserving your slot. The maximum number of people per booking is 5 pax.
When you are making a reservation via their website, you’ll have to choose your mains, beverages and desserts. Decide fast because slots are filling up fast.
