Translated to ‘red-cooked chicken’, the inviting red colour comes from the fiery mix of chillies and spices in the sauce that is drenched over the chicken, served with rice, a fried egg and house-made Achar pickles. Beat the heat on your tastebuds with Berry Red ($3.20), made with strawberry and full cream milk.
