Mission: Possible is an action-comedy film featuring Kim Young Kwang and Lee Sun Bin. The secret agent duo finds themselves on a mission to gather intelligence about the illegal smuggling of firearms into Korea but somewhere along the way, things get complicated.

9. Perhaps Love
A heartwarming rom-com film featuring Ryu Seung Ryong, Oh Na Ra, and Kim Hie Won. Just like what was seen on an episode of the Korean variety show, House on Wheels, the 3 show amazing chemistry in the movie as well.
8. Nothing Serious
A 33-year-old rookie reporter, played by Son Suk Ku, meets a 29-year-old single woman with a daring personality through a dating app.
7. Miracle: Letters to the President
The film is based on a true story in the 1980s, where a high-school math prodigy works with the people around him to establish a small train station in a roadless remote area. The privately-owned train station is the first of its kind in South Korea.
Throughout the film, you can expect funny and heart-warming moments.
6. Spiritwalker
In a mystery-action fantasy film, Spiritwalker sees an amnesiac man waking up in a new body every twelve hours. While he tries to find his real self, he meets a woman who claims to know him along the way.
5. Hard Hit
Set in the city of Busan, the Korean movie Hard Hit is a thriller film starring Jo Woo Jin, Lee Jae In, and Ji Chang Wook. Jo Woo Jin plays the head of a bank center in Busan, who suddenly receives a phone call in his car telling him that there’s a bomb under his seat.

Not to be confused with the Korean crime drama, On The Line, or Voice is a crime-action film revolving around voice phishing activities.
3. Hostage: Missing Celebrity
In this action film, a famous Korean actor, Hwang Jung Min is kidnapped in the middle of Seoul. Thinking it was a prank, the actor soon finds himself in a situation that’s too real for comfort (and very diff from movies).
2. Sinkhole
With a star-studded cast, Sinkhole is a movie about, well, a sinkhole. As friends gather for a housewarming party at a relatively new building, an overnight downpour causes an extremely big sinkhole, taking the people down with it.
1. Escape from Mogadishu
Inspired by an incident that took place in Jan 1991 in Mogadishu, officials from both the South Korean and North Korean Embassy worked together to escape the country when a civil war breaks out.
The movie has won a total of 21 awards as of Dec 11, 2021.
