Orion is back with its limited-edition Spring version of the Choco pie! Apart from new flavours such as Injeolmi, Black Sesame and Red Bean Cream, the latest choco pie from Korea is the Strawberry Blossom.
The Strawberry Blossom is not a new flavour exactly, as it has been released previously in 2020 as a limited-edition snack as well.
The 2021 edition comes in totally brand-new packaging, with cherry blossoms printed all over for a fresh, spring vibe.
The chocopie is covered in pink coloured chocolate, with a tinge of strawberry flavour. As usual, the snack has a layer of marshmallow in between two layers of sponge cake.
The marshmallow layer also comes with some strawberry jam filling.

We were pleasantly surprised by this particular choco pie. We expected the snack to be overly floral because of its name, but it was not too floral in terms of flavour.
There’s a nice strawberry sweetness, which was not too artificial for us. We would choose this over the Red Bean & Cream Choco Pie.
