Korea has lots of festivals, from fireworks to even a silver grass festival. Every June, a lavender festival takes place at the Hani Lavender Farm in Goseong, Gangwon-do. You can get lavender ice-cream here, selfies with fields of lavender and pretend you’re in Europe.

However, recently, the road leading to the farm got painted in a mesmerizing purple, making it a photo spot for many Koreans.

Not that pretty with cars on the side. But still an interesting sight.

At Hani Lavender Farm, you can get Lavender flavoured soft serve that looks as pretty as the fields.
